In 2019 Jenny Harper, together with the Chartwell Trust, set out to document the impact that the lack of funding had on art galleries across Aotearoa, New Zealand. Working together with Jenny, we came up with the concept for Picture No Galleries, a world in which public and private art galleries were no more.
